this is a hotel go-to for ishigaki! seems like a nice property, managed by an attentive stuff. the breakfast in the restaurant is rich and marvellous. the rooms are well-maintained here with nice breakfast as well as terrace. the location is stunning, relatively close to kannonzaki lighthouse. the hotel is in the nice zone.

Thanks to the very responsive staff everything was amazing, including plenty ofgood food. Quiet and beautiful location for our visit to Tojinbaka not too far away from the hotel...

Traveled with my children, overall the hotel was stunningly beautiful and pleasant. I stayed in the standard villa, it was sufficiently large and the bed was comfortable. Also, location was peaceful and exceptionally nice, at walking distance from Kannonzaki Lighthouse. Liked this property, had very pleasant experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location right in front of the beautiful beach was absolutely stunning, offering us breathtaking views and the opportunity to relax and unwind. The staff here were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.

In summary, we highly recommend this luxury hotel. It offers a prime beachfront location, impeccable service, and a range of amenities and activities to ensure a memorable stay.

The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. The hotel's location was perfect - close to the beach and had facilities for kids. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. The restaurant had limited food options, and the quality was not always good.

The breakfast buffet at Ishigaki Bold Kitchen was a pleasant surprise. With a wide selection of Japanese and Korean dishes, it gave us a taste of the local culture. Although we stayed for more than 5 days, the croissants were a delightful treat that never got boring.

This hotel offers great facilities, including a clean and beautiful pool perfect for adults and children, and a lovely beach located just a few steps away. The breakfast buffet is also outstanding, with a vast array of delicious dishes, such as mouth-watering granola. Moreover, the staff is just amazing, always friendly and helpful.

Not one thing.

The hotel is perfectly situated right off the beach with easy access to water activities. The location is near the stunning Kariba bay, which is worth the visit. The room was well maintained, and the service was lovely. Breakfast was also satisfying with a good variety. The outdoor and indoor pools were a hit, especially with the kids. The portable wifi was a great touch.

The hotel needs to improve cleanliness under the beds, as guests have seen lumps of dirt in that area.

For us it was ideal.

Had a fabulous Thanksgiving break on a sunny island! the beach was breathtakingly beautiful, and the pool area was great, with water slides and lots of sunbeds. We especially liked the complementary breakfast and the Wi-Fi in our room. the location was perfect for exploring the island, with a car, and we had a great time visiting nearby villages and beaches.

While the hotel was fabulous overall, we found the evening meals to be too expensive. some of the staff struggled with English and didn't always understand our requests.
